Here are some reminders on your booking:
Confirmation Email: After making the online booking, you should receive a confirmation email containing the details of your appointment. Double-check the date, time, and any specific instructions mentioned in the email.
Holding your seat. In case of delay, we’ll hold the seat for you for 10-15 mins. This is so we can share your seat to our other clients in the queue.
Unforeseen Delays. While we do our best to have your seat ready when you arrive, we may not be able to anticipate any delays in a client’s haircut session before yours.
Keep a tab on your appointment date so you won’t miss it.
Prep for your appointment. If you can, wash your hair beforehand, as it helps in achieving better results during the haircut.
Bring reference photos. If you have specific hairstyles or looks in mind, consider bringing reference pictures or examples to show your barber.
Face Mask: Due to ongoing health and safety protocols, it is best to wear your facemask. This helps protect both you and the barbershop staff. It’s also best to wear a face mask in case you have dust allergies.
Other services. Feel free to inquire about other services when you visit.
Feedback and Reviews: After your visit, consider providing feedback or leaving a review online. This helps the barbershop improve its services and assists other customers in making informed decisions.
